At Flag Nor Fail, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, sellable condition.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange immediately.
